Now, the eccentric part--I’ll reside in the living room, closed off by a curtain. You mustn’t ever open the curtain or come over to my side. Respect my privacy!
Tenants will need to share the bathroom in the master bedroom. The other bathroom is mine, and mine alone.
You will have full access to the kitchen, hallways, closets, etc.
I will REQUIRE you to vacate the premises for two hours in the morning and two hours in the evening, 9-11AM and 6-8PM. This is MY ALONE TIME. This means you are to be out of the apartment no later than 9AM, not 9:05 or even 9:01AM… 9AM! Likewise, you shall not return prior to 11AM. 10:59AM is too early. We will synchronize all time devices.
If you can not comply, don’t waste my time*.
Rent for both rooms together is $500 CASH in $5’s, due the 13th of the month. That’s when you may move in.
